I realize that the only posts lately have been about the food challenge. We have just been enjoying our summer and packing the house as we go. We are just about done. Only the daily things are left unpacked.

Chloe has been into doing magic tricks lately. We even bought her a little kit of tricks. From a mom's point of view, she is so cute when she does her "magic" tricks. From anyone else's point of view, she's terrible at it! She loves to hide a quarter under a pillow and make it disappear. The only catch is that you have to close your eyes part way through so she can take the quarter from under the pillow. Then when you open your eyes, "WOW! The quarter is gone!!!!" Pure genius. She has another trick that involves multiplying bunnies (ironic, huh?!?) but she just can't get it right. She forgets to hide the "new" bunnies in her hand. Then when they are suppose to magically multiply she can't figure out why there are still only 2 in her hand. One day she will shock us all and do a real trick!

Logan is more monkey than every! We thought he was going to be more laid back and a little easier than Chloe was. WRONG! He climbs more than she ever did. And he is so fearless! Thursday I caught him standing on the back of the couch. As I went to get him down, he jumped off! Blew my mind! Of course he did hurt himself. Apparently Chloe puts pillows down for him to land on but she was off doing something else when he decided to jump. He also likes to swing from our table. He has figured out how to climb up the dining room chairs (which are taller than average chairs). He climbs up chairs, bookshelves, closet shelves, hangs on door handles. I think if his limbs were longer, he would climb up the door jamb! He will be 18mos on the 27th :)
