I tried explaining (and a pic) to the lady what I wanted- just a trimmed up version- and she gave him a mullet instead. So I told her to just cut it all off. Very disappointing :(
You should have kept the mullet! Every kid should have at least one mullet in their lifetime.

I loved his hair! It was so cute! But he is still cute even with the shorter hair! At least it grows back!
